Wildcats Under 15's
win hard-fought World Rugby Shield final
at the end of a fantastic weekend at Mingara Gatorade Stadium
our Under 15 side defeated Dural 17-5 in the final
on Sunday 28th February.
World Cup winning captain Nick Farr-Jones and legendary Springbok hooker Uli Schmidt presented medals and trophies to both teams after a thrilling final played
in extremely hot weather.
Teams from Maitland, Port Macquarie, Ourimbah, and Macquarie Beaches (as well as the finalists) played 3-4 games over the weekend, with all these teams expressing a wish that
they be invited back for next year's event.
